For a large dealership that does not sell Honda's, I was very pleased with the service I received. I took my Honda Accord there to correct the damage from a falling tree branch. On a customer-service level, Dave was the best. He answered all of my questions, told me exactly what would be done to the car, stayed in constant contact with me about the status of the car, and also arranged for a loaner. I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Lewis, as well as the dealership. If his body shop customer-service skills are an indication of the overall service at this dealership, I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Jones! I was also pleased to know that the repairs are warranted for life - how many companies will warranty ANYTHING for life? I would highly recommend this dealership based on the way they treat their customers in the body shop. When I set up the appointment with Drew, he reviewed what was needed to be done, looked carefully over my vehicle and said there may be some hidden dammage. I droped my car off on the date the work was to be performed and Drew had everything set up for me, i. e. rental car. He stated it would be 2 full days of work and would work with me if they needed to go an extra day (which it did). When my vehicle was completed it looked as good as a new car. The body work was done very well and everything cleaned and detailed. Drew was a pleasure to have working for me ensuring everything would be completed to my satisfaction. Job well done!!! I have always had great service and repair work but I would like to compliment John Dodd in the body shop for the excellent service and the extra effort he put into making the recent accident less annoying. My car was in good condition all over before the accident, but it is in better condition now, since the repairs were completed. I highly recommend Toyota products as my Prius has 97,000 miles on it and still delivers great gas mileage and recommend, as well, Jones Toyota and body shop for great maintenance after the purchase.
