After spending 4 hours at their Nissan dealership I finally blew my cool. They would not provide me with the price of the vehicle that we could accept. They sent in a woman to try and sell me add on services and told my wife and I congratulations on our purchase she looked confused when we said we did not have a done deal. In the meantime the salesmen said the finance manager would go over the final numbers for the car and they would be substantially lower they the monthly charges he had showed us. When we talked to the finance manager he told us the price would be well out of our price range. We got up to leave and then all xxxx broke loose. The salesmen came running out to our car as we were getting ready to leave and was begging us to come back in so the Sales manager could work on getting the price to where we needed it. We went back in and the sales manager worked on it for a few minutes and they were still we beyond our price range and by that time I had had enough. Worst car buying experience of my life. Will never recommend or go back there. More
My Wife and I traded our 2008 Nissan Quest in to purchase a 2011 Nissan Quest. Steve Was very helpful throughout the week we took to look at the vehicle. Since Car purchasing is so expensive and time consuming, we were not going to rush into a purchase. Steve understood and was there every step of the way. He was not pushing, and did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied. We have three kids, and had to take them with us to finialize the purchase. We have done this is the past at Carmax, Which I would never recommend, since there service is so horrible. SInce our experience with carmax, we only deal with Jones. The dealership offered to have one of the women there watch all three kids while we did all the paperwork, which only took about 30 minutes. This was a huge improvement to the 6-7 hours we spent at Carmax last time. They even went and got Rita's for all three kids! That was excellent service during the sale!! Steve Was honest and did everything he could to get us the best deal and to make sure we were completely satisified. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was good with the new car! We strongly recommend Bel Air Nissan (Jones). More

I have been looking for a new car for some time, but was not ready to make a buying decision at this time. Having talked to Steve Pagotto who answered my questions fully without "pressuring" me into buying not ready to make a buying decision at this time. Having talked to Steve Pagotto who answered my questions fully without "pressuring" me into buying before I was ready, I decided that when I did decide to purchase, it would definitely be from Steve. Steve Pagotto was courteous, friendly, informative, quick to respond and above all... He was a salesman with "character". Even though Steve could not answer many of my questions, he "immediately" knew just who to call to get the correct answer so that I always felt I had the expertise of the entire dealership at my fingertips with Steve. I enjoyed working with everyone at the dealership and they made my purchase easy and efficient. I will continue to remain a loyal Bel Air Nissan customer and hope to refer future customers to Steve as well. Keep up the good work! More

Earlier this year my son (20 years old) bought a car from Bel Air Nissan. The car was purchased on a Saturday and he had to take the car back to the dealership the following Monday. The car had many things Bel Air Nissan. The car was purchased on a Saturday and he had to take the car back to the dealership the following Monday. The car had many things wrong with it including brakes, rotors, transmission cables, it needed tires, and the winshield was cracked. The car should not have passed inspection. My son owned the car for two weeks and the car was in the Bel Air Nissan Shop for 12 days. Several times, my son asked if the sale could be "undone" and have his traded vehicle returned to him and he was always told no. After 2 weeks of not having his vehicle he ended up trading the car to another dealership and ended up losing thousands of dollars. The vehicle he traded was still on their lot. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEL AIR NISSAN. More
I had a very good buying experience with my sales rep Jason Johnson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and wasn't pushy. The good review stops there. Sitting down with the finance guy I noticed that Jason Johnson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and wasn't pushy. The good review stops there. Sitting down with the finance guy I noticed that my price was inaccurate. That is because the sales manager tried to raise it $65 without me seeing it. When I questioned it the response was that that was the lowest price available for my purchase plan code I was using. They eventually agreed to honor the price they agreed to earlier. The following day my battery died on the brand new vehicle. The response was that it was very common with brand new cars and that it just needed a jump. If that is the case why not do that at the dealership. They suggested jumping it and bringing it up to the shop. I did (visit #2 now) and of course the battery was fine. I took the new car on a trip the following day. On the way back I got a flat tire. I called the dealership to see what I needed to do to get it replaced. They said they would look to see if it was patchable and if not I would have to buy a new tire. Now I am getting fired up. I bought a brand new car with every ounce of service and maintenance coverage they offer and the first thing that happens isn't covered. I had to do the research myself on the Nissan website to find out that it was covered, at least partially and had to call to explain it to them. Once that was all worked out I scheduled my visit to get the tire replaced. They didnt have it in stock so I had to have them order it. They didn't know what kind of tire it needed. Guess what, there is only one available for my year, make model, trim. I had to go online again myself to tell them which it was. They ordered the tire and I went to the shop (trip #3) to get it replaced. Guess what. They ordered a tire for a different vehicle all together. I had to come back two days later to get the correct one (trip #4). I couldn't believe they pulled my car off to the side to wait in line for the service at this point. It gets better. In the middle of this I received an email from the sales manager Chad Duke saying that the discount code I was using and had confirmed with them was valid because I suspected it had expired had indeed expired. The kicker is that his email said that I need to get it renewed and bring it to him to avoid changing my price. This is all after I have signed everything. I decided not to send the reply I had typed up because at that point I didn't trust the dealership enough not to do something with my car while they were fixing the tire. So, to wrap this all up. I recommend that another dealership try to hire Jason Johnson and that you don't buy or service your car with Jones Junction. FYI, it isnt any better at Toyota. The sales rep thought the 4 runner was an FJ, and the FJ was a Sequoia. More

This is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered and they actually made him a manager. They only show care and concern until the contract is signed and you make a purchase, they are not encountered and they actually made him a manager.
