Jon Hall Chevrolet - Service Center

I had an accident with my car, the insurance company recommended Jon Hall Chevrolet since I am a disabled widow and they had a free transport to pick me up to pick up my car. Damage was to the roof recommended Jon Hall Chevrolet since I am a disabled widow and they had a free transport to pick me up to pick up my car. Damage was to the roof and a shattered windshield. Since work necessitated removing headliner to complete and there were two small sags in it, I asked if they would please fix it for me. They replied yes, they could do that, but it would not be a good job. Told them to go ahead. I had no idea they would do such incredibly poor work when I gave them my agreement. Had they told me that the headliner would look worse than ever, I certainly would never have given them the go ahead, even though I know nothing about cars or their repair! The job they did is incredibly ugly, making the condition at least 90% worse than the couple of wrinkles that were there, and I am getting nowhere with the people of Jon Hall Chevrolet who keep repeating that I was told it would not be a good job! There's a good job and there's total ruination! More
