Terrible service On New Car Brand new car took it in for a water leak. They pulled the whole dash apart. Then they called to tell me they had to take the windshield off to fix th Brand new car took it in for a water leak. They pulled the whole dash apart. Then they called to tell me they had to take the windshield off to fix the leak. They tried telling me that I had a large crack in my windshield. I told them it was not cracked prior to taking it in for service. They replaced the glass. They had my car for 2 weeks. When I picked it up i noticed dings in paint. They said it was from the guy that put the windshield in. Now it's got to go back to the body Shoppe To be repaired. The door is still holding water. I suggest anybody that takes their car into Jon Hall service department you take pictures of your entire car before you drop it off. If I wouldn't had pictures of my car prior to it would have been a battle for them to take responsibility for cracking my windshield. My car has to go back next week as the water is still sitting in the door panel. This is rediculius. Take care in for service glass gets cracked and paint gets dinged. They assured me they looked car over before I picked it up. If I didn't check it prior to leaving I wouldn't have seen scratches or dings on my vehicle & under the hood the rubber pieces weren't even put back together where the window was put in. They blamed it on window installer again. My thought is if you checked the car over that good why weren't these problems found.? If I would have drove car out of dealership and not looked it over and found the damage on Paint prior to taking car they would have denied it like they tried doing with my windshield. I wouldn't take the car out of service department until I inspected the vehicle. Now I've got to take it back two more times, And there's still a problem with the door holding water. The service representative Nicole was Pleasant and it wasn't her fault. But the service and the mechanics there are terrible. Come on Gulf size ball crack in my window telling me that it was there when I brought it in. If I had a crack that big in my window I would be fully aware of it. This vehicle only has 4000 miles. I take it in for water leak and it still has problem and now off to body shop and back for service. Corporate Office just says they are sorry and assure you they will fix it. Quite the Experience. Like I said I encourage anyone dropping vehicle off take pictures of your vehicle to protect yourself from this kind of negligence. Look your vehicle over good before driving it off lot. More
Lack of service recommendation Second time my car has been dropped off and not throuroughly checked. A couple months ago I had the battery go and took it in. They replaced the battery, but obviously didn't even notice that in the dash it said oil change required. Even in the sticker they put in was overdue. Last week the cooling fan was srepkaced after some overheating issues and same thing once again. Why not recommend a service if you see it needs it. The only reason I have to go back is because that's where I have to take my work car to get serviced. My personal car would never go there. Get on the ball service department and do a proper inspection of the vehicle with proper recommendations. More

Disco lights in my Chevy Tahoe 8/22/17 My Tahoe's interior dome lights were flashing every time I stepped on the brakes or used my left blinker. The dealer could not find any issues concerning this issue in their records. Using the internet I found Chevy bulletin PI1268B which covered this problem. It had been around since 2014. Lori Clark did an excellent job resolving this problem and she found it was covered under my extended warranty. Excellent results and I am very satisfied with Jon Halls customer service on this issue. More

New Truck Lemon I purchased a brand new Silverado. As soon as I took it on the Highway I noticed a problem. At 65 mph the truck vibrated, as it neared 70 it felt like I purchased a brand new Silverado. As soon as I took it on the Highway I noticed a problem. At 65 mph the truck vibrated, as it neared 70 it felt like it was losing control. I called the dealership and they scheduled an appointment. Prior to the appointment the truck developed an intermittent squeak. They had the truck for nearly 2 weeks. The loaner was fine with no problems. When I finally got my new truck back they said the 2 back tires were bad and they needed to lube the chassis. Out on the highway same problem, nothing was fixed. Called them and scheduled again to take it back. During interval I climbed under the truck and found the frame stuffed with debris. When I took it back in again they looked at the frame and said birds must of put that debris in the frame prior to me purchasing this truck. The customer service manager then told me as we rode in the truck these Silverados are notorious for bad ride and assorted noises. He added if I wanted it addressed I would need to pay for new shocks, rims and tires to improve the ride. This was a brand new truck we are talking about. In the few weeks since then I contacted Chevrolet, they aren't willing to do anything. Time to contact the state about lemon law. More

After cleaning the connectors, the fault could not be replicated, so I got my truck back. The work was done over a two day timeframe, and I used their shuttle service twice. The final bill? No charge. Nothing! I am a Canadian snowbird, and next year I’ll be taking my truck for it’s annual maintenance to Jon Hall Chev. More

The service lady said she will make a note on the service ticket to keep the vehicle clean. I should have left then if they actually had to write a note to keep your vehicle clean. Oh well, you know the rest. Dirty oil finger prints on everything I mentioned above. So... if you want oil spots and dirt on your vehicle after service.....this is the place to go. OTHERWISE. ...find another place to take your vehicle. Hall chevrolet has no clue on how to treat a vehicle! More

Insurance reasons, but lug nuts loose on vehicle's expensive wheels torn up. Drain plugs left loose or not the correct amount of oil put back in. Never again will I be back. And no none of these issues happened to my vehicle this was all going down with other customers while I was there, they tried to sell me $2500 for front and rear brakes on a 2016 Tahoe with 37k miles???? Glad I didn't buy my vehicle from them and most certainly will never be back!! Good Luck !!! More
