At Jon Hall used cars, I have made a new friend in Joseph Abusad... The kind of friend I stop in now and then to just say hi... I've also made a good friend in the service department with Joyce Goytil.. Abusad... The kind of friend I stop in now and then to just say hi... I've also made a good friend in the service department with Joyce Goytil... Be seeing you soon Joyce for my next oil change... I purchase a used Nissan Rogue from Joseph... Though this is not a Chevy product, your business has taken care of me just the same... More
Purchased 6 vehicles from them since 2000 the last being a 2019 Traverse. There is a known issue with the led turn signal/brake light leaking and shorting out. They would not fix under warranty. Tried to or a 2019 Traverse. There is a known issue with the led turn signal/brake light leaking and shorting out. They would not fix under warranty. Tried to order one and was very abruptly told full prepayment ($650) with no delivery date and the possibility of not even getting one as she could only see 2 in the United States. How is this possible? I’ve bought 3 vehicles from here from 2017-2023 2 trucks and 1 suv Will never go back due to the service departments treatment on my 18 2500 LTZ duramax We needed tires. I asked the dealer to price them out and I was alright with the price long story short, the rims came back scratched from what it looks like the machine mounting the tires. I message them about it after I notice the scratches and the simply send me the ueye link that shows pictures of my truck when it comes in. I literally find the worst tire of them all and show them a side by side comparison and they say oh it’s just some mud that got knocked off. I can assure you it’s not (photos below, only attached a couple) The won’t accept photos, they made me come in they’d try to say oh it looks like your other rims have these marks also so what makes you think it was us. This isn’t even the first problem I’ve had with them in service. About a year ago I asked them to do a transmission service. When the truck was returned to me the transmission started shifting hard. After investigation I found that THEY DIDNT ADD ENOUGH FLUID FOR IT TO EVEN TOUCH THE DIP STICK. So thanks JON HALL for that one god only knows how much life you stole from the transmission. So again long story short they lost my business. And if you want your vehicle worked on my competent parties I highly suggest you don’t take it to Jon Hall Edited: oh I forgot to talk about the alignment. Wheel not straight what so ever. And on a second note I should have flipped out when they messed up my transmission and made them do a rebuild kit on it for the DAMAGE they caused to my clutches. More
recently brought in my 2018 Camaro to Jon Hall Chevrolet to be serviced for the fifth time that was purchased at the same location. The vehicle has been shuddering with a vibrating sensation when accelerati to be serviced for the fifth time that was purchased at the same location. The vehicle has been shuddering with a vibrating sensation when accelerating and sometimes halts at certain speeds, this has been ongoing since i purchased the vehicle and has been detected on countless Camaros and several lawsuits are being handled for this same issue. On multiple occasions the service department said they could not detect anything wrong with the vehicle until my warranty finally expired. Fast forward 60,000 miles later Jon Hall is now charging me $2755.00 for a torque converter, an issue that was never repaired or corrected on their part from the first time it was serviced. My vehicle has been having the same transmission issues since the first year I purchased the vehicle, these people know how to lie until your warranty is finally expired.. I will never purchase another vehicle or have any business with this location in the future More
I took my wife's Tahoe in to have the lifters and cam replaced. The cost was 6800 dollars for the work. it was running perfectly before the work was done except for a very slight ticking coming from the replaced. The cost was 6800 dollars for the work. it was running perfectly before the work was done except for a very slight ticking coming from the lifters. When we pick it up it is running horribly, and there is an ABS code showing. we take it back in to jon hall, they replace an ABS module which cost another 1200 dollars. we pick it up, and its still not running right. Now they say it needs a new torque converter. By this time, i have had enough of Jon hall. I took it to Gary's transmission which was excellent by the way. They replaced my torque converter and installed a rebuilt transmission and something still wasn't right. Come to find out, my wife's Tahoe was missing a spark plug from when Jon hall installed the new lifters and cam. i would steer clear of this establishment. They are crooks. More

I do not recommend for used car service, I had the car repaired for approximately $2000 and the car was out in less than a month with leaky valves, which was one repair item. It was a good thing I did not repaired for approximately $2000 and the car was out in less than a month with leaky valves, which was one repair item. It was a good thing I did not have an accident on the main road. I will never ask them again. I thought they offered a 3 year warranty and they do not. More
I brought in a customers car to have a computer reprogrammed and setup an appointment with Gary the Service writer. I was allowed to install the new bought from Chevrolet Fuel Pump Control Module o reprogrammed and setup an appointment with Gary the Service writer. I was allowed to install the new bought from Chevrolet Fuel Pump Control Module on vehicle in the the Chevrolet Service parking lot. While trying to button up the vehicle the service writer came out and stated that whatever I was doing was causing the computer to not communicate with vehicle. So I stoped walked in and waited and asked Gary if they were able to communicate with the Fuel Pump control module at that point he stated yes. Then after 30 minutes went by he stated they weren’t able to program the new module because there was no communication. I asked if I could check a few things out and he stated that insurance wouldn’t allow it, after letting me in to install the module so they could attempt to program. I asked if they would diagnose it for the customer-my customer and he was glad to do so. So I asked if my customer was going to be charged for the service that wasn’t completed and he stated yes and back tracked over his words explaining that he never told me that the technician was able to connect to the module. He lied directly to my face. I’m an ASE certified master tech with 20 years experience and I was able to know that there was no communication with the module in 2 min tops. Also they never hooked up a battery charger to make sure the vehicle didn’t lose power during programming. The service writer wanted to charge my customer for a service they didnt provide. Never will I take a customers vehicle to this dealership!!! More
Horrible experience! Complete joke of a dealership. No help after spending over $20,000, thru their dealership on just engines. Tom in parts is the least helpful perso Complete joke of a dealership. No help after spending over $20,000, thru their dealership on just engines. Tom in parts is the least helpful person I've ever encountered. Dawn never got back to me. As regular customer service I could look past all this but showing up with a ABS and brake light on with grandchildren in the truck, not once but twice and being sent away because when pulling into the bay for our appointment you are required to shut the vehicle off and then the light won't reappear. They never looked at it just told us nothing can be done until the light is back on. I would avoid this crooked, lazy, dealership at all costs. Go to NSB they are wonderful. More
Terrible service On New Car Brand new car took it in for a water leak. They pulled the whole dash apart. Then they called to tell me they had to take the windshield off to fix th Brand new car took it in for a water leak. They pulled the whole dash apart. Then they called to tell me they had to take the windshield off to fix the leak. They tried telling me that I had a large crack in my windshield. I told them it was not cracked prior to taking it in for service. They replaced the glass. They had my car for 2 weeks. When I picked it up i noticed dings in paint. They said it was from the guy that put the windshield in. Now it's got to go back to the body Shoppe To be repaired. The door is still holding water. I suggest anybody that takes their car into Jon Hall service department you take pictures of your entire car before you drop it off. If I wouldn't had pictures of my car prior to it would have been a battle for them to take responsibility for cracking my windshield. My car has to go back next week as the water is still sitting in the door panel. This is rediculius. Take care in for service glass gets cracked and paint gets dinged. They assured me they looked car over before I picked it up. If I didn't check it prior to leaving I wouldn't have seen scratches or dings on my vehicle & under the hood the rubber pieces weren't even put back together where the window was put in. They blamed it on window installer again. My thought is if you checked the car over that good why weren't these problems found.? If I would have drove car out of dealership and not looked it over and found the damage on Paint prior to taking car they would have denied it like they tried doing with my windshield. I wouldn't take the car out of service department until I inspected the vehicle. Now I've got to take it back two more times, And there's still a problem with the door holding water. The service representative Nicole was Pleasant and it wasn't her fault. But the service and the mechanics there are terrible. Come on Gulf size ball crack in my window telling me that it was there when I brought it in. If I had a crack that big in my window I would be fully aware of it. This vehicle only has 4000 miles. I take it in for water leak and it still has problem and now off to body shop and back for service. Corporate Office just says they are sorry and assure you they will fix it. Quite the Experience. Like I said I encourage anyone dropping vehicle off take pictures of your vehicle to protect yourself from this kind of negligence. Look your vehicle over good before driving it off lot. More
