I took my wife's Tahoe in to have the lifters and cam replaced. The cost was 6800 dollars for the work. it was running perfectly before the work was done except for a very slight ticking coming from the replaced. When we pick it up it is running horribly, and there is an ABS code showing. we take it back in to jon hall, they replace an ABS module which cost another 1200 dollars. we pick it up, and its still not running right. Now they say it needs a new torque converter. By this time, i have had enough of Jon hall. I took it to Gary's transmission which was excellent by the way. They replaced my torque converter and installed a rebuilt transmission and something still wasn't right. Come to find out, my wife's Tahoe was missing a spark plug from when Jon hall installed the new lifters and cam. i would steer clear of this establishment. They are crooks. More
They did work on my truck, and a few things are way wrong. They broke the latch to the hood of my truck, and fixed it with zip ties. And different depts do not communicate. Don't give them the benefit of a costco discount as it is only to their benefit. We had a right to complain and service manager didn't want to talk to us. DO NOT do business with John Hall Chevrolet! They are crooks. Be careful when or if you turn in your lease or want to buy it out. They are charging a $900 dealer fee, which is not allowed. I only owed $12,500, plus tax. Someone’s pockets wanted $3,000 more. I called another dealer because you can buy/return lease to any GM dealer. I saved $3,000! Go to Tom Gibbs Chevrolet in Palm Coast. Family owned and operated. They are fair and Caleb is very nice. I will never set foot in John Hall again! More

STAY AWAY!When my wife and I first went to the STAY AWAY! When my wife and I first went to the dealership to look at cars we already had a few models in mind and a budget set. Once we started sp STAY AWAY! When my wife and I first went to the dealership to look at cars we already had a few models in mind and a budget set. Once we started speaking to the "salesman" they insisted on showing us cars that were out of our price range or models that we were not interested in. Once we finally were able to get with a car we were happy with started the real nightmares. The financing and price negotiations took almost two hours with them consistently not listening to our limits of a monthly payment and trade-in/money down. They even went as far as to suggest trading in both of our family's vehicles when we were looking to upgrade one because of having a baby on the way. When the purchase was final we were also made to feel as if we had an extended warranty, which when we took the car in to be serviced learned was not the case, and were met with very uncaring reactions. The other huge issue with this place is the service department, when you come in for something as simple as an oil change expect to wait at least 2 hours. And if you decide to stay at the dealership, be prepared for sales people to approach you unsolicited and try to talk you into upgrading or buying another car when all you want is simple maintenance or repairs. Finally the latest issue is when I brought my vehicle in for service I received a vague diagnosis with a quoted price that was 2-3 times the appropriate cost for the job. When I brought this to the attention of the service manager she was not helpful or open-minded at all and instead was combative and dismissive. I will definitely be telling my friends, family and all others to stay away from this place unless you feel like being bullied and ripped off! More
