I have had a horrible experience all together with this dealership from financing to service. I bought a $20,000 vehicle but it was used..if you try to get service on a used car you are not as important as dealership from financing to service. I bought a $20,000 vehicle but it was used..if you try to get service on a used car you are not as important as the new cars. Financing department is very incompetent! I had to call them to find out why I have not received a bill yet,it turns out they didn't have all the info the needed and financing was pending. They never bothered to call and let me know it was missing. I wound up being late on my first payment because they didn't bother to tell me the license copy they took was to dark. Then when it came to my 30 day warranty I went to get something fixed and somehow the car was uncertified AFTER I bought the "Certified" vehicle. I have had nothing but hassles and would not recommend them to anyone. The Sales guy was very helpful and outgoing it was the other departments that I had problems with. More
