Worst experience EVER! That said.... I've had unpleasant experiences with this dealership in the past but I've never had them push repairs on me that were unnecessary. I brought my vehicle in for an oil experiences with this dealership in the past but I've never had them push repairs on me that were unnecessary. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change & to diagnose the master warning light (which I actually thought was a TPMS light- whoops). I was told that I needed 4 new tires & new front brakes & rotors. I declined all of that because I've been having constant type issues for the last 2 years & all of my tires are insured with Mavis. I also had new brakes & rotors since last spring & if I was truly in need of brakes there was surely a larger issue that Toyota didn't identify... I digitally approved services in the amount of 186.36 but when I arrived to collect my vehicle I was presented with an invoice over $250... I refused to pay that amount. That wasn't what I agreed to. I had it in writing. After another 15 minute wait- I received an updated invoice for the agreed amount. I immediately drove to Mavis to discuss my tires & have them look at my brakes. I had already inspected my toes & felt that I NEEDED 1tire... but 2 were questionable. Mavis agreed. Upon inspection of my brakes though... I was told that I have 50% left & a brake job was completely unnecessary. MAVIS was aware that Toyota recommended these repairs. They could so easily have cashed in on my ignorance. But they didn't. And Toyota.... did nothing but try to take advantage of me. Not okay. Completely unethical. I will be reporting them to BBB. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️. More

Emanuel Skouloudis aka Manny greeting was warm and trusting. He made my decision easy without any pressure of purchase. His professionalism along with his expertise in the vehicles I was interested in, reassured me I was at the right dealership. Once I decided to purchase and was introduced to Louis, Financial Consultant, I was even more comfortable with my decision to purchase. I had been to many dealerships prior to purchasing my vehicle and none can compare with the positive energy that filled the dealership, felt like I knew them for years. This goes to show they have a great management team at this location. Everyone I interacted with made my purchase easy with no pressure. More

Purchased a used Honda. Had it for 6 months and within that time needed 2 tows, battery replaced, battery cables cleaned, tires and then a tranny leak...but that’s not even the issue...my problem is the h that time needed 2 tows, battery replaced, battery cables cleaned, tires and then a tranny leak...but that’s not even the issue...my problem is the horrendous customer service I received. No return calls from the GSM or used car manager. Zero empathy from the service dept. who missed the tranny leak when I brought it in for an oil change 3 months earlier. A guy named Klit in service was more interested in trying to avoid blame and prove to me how smart he was instead of treating a customer with respect. They dropped the ball so many times, from the car not getting new tires and a battery before putting it up for sale, to the arrogant staff. The only person that showed any interest was the salesman who sold me the car. The Jardine’s (owner’s) should remember that no dealership is too big to fail. More
