None of this "come on in and we'll see what we can do" nonsense. Easy decision for me when shopping for a new Highlander. They also gave me a great trade-in deal on my Sienna, even though it was 8 years old with 150K miles on it. Finance department was excellent. Manny went above and beyond, and was always available for questions and requests during the month in which we waited for the vehicle to arrive. Johnstons is not my closest dealer, but based on my experience plus the free oil changes / tire rotations for the first 25,000 miles, I will be returning there for all my service needs. And they have super tasty vanilla cappuccino! More
