I got a car over there for my mom a few months ago and the process was very smooth and since I was already by many dealers, I was actually very impressed with them. I was going to buy another car for my the process was very smooth and since I was already by many dealers, I was actually very impressed with them. I was going to buy another car for myself, and I’ve agreed with the salesman that they will sell it to me at sticker price, since I was a returning customer. I make the drive form my house to the dealership to sign the documents and reserve the car (2-hour drive). Salesman tells me that the price increased this morning to $5,000 above sticker. I was disappointed, because the people at the dealership seemed nice people. But I guess that greed has a way of influencing even good people. And I don’t have a problem with them charging above sticker, almost everyone is doing that now [unfortunately]. my issue is that we had deal, I drove up, and they changed the terms of the deal. I’m not going to list the salesman name because he claims (and I believe him) that it was a management decision, and there is nothing he can do. I’m giving them 3 stars because the deal with my mom’s vehicle was a very smooth transaction. More

Manny greeted me with a big smile and a warm handshake right from the beginning of my experience of looking for a used Toyota at this dealership. He was very patient with me as I test drove more than one right from the beginning of my experience of looking for a used Toyota at this dealership. He was very patient with me as I test drove more than one vehicle trying to determine the best fit for me. He answered all my questions and gave me plenty of time and space to consider my decision. He was never pushy and treated me like he had all the time in the world to spend with me. I almost left the dealership without making a purchase and then discovered there were two Rav4 vehicles in the lot that I hadn't seen after deciding against a Camry. I was actually replacing a Rav4 which I loved so I looked at them both and took one for a test drive and that was it. I knew I had found the right car for me. Again, Manny was patient and considerate as I processed this big decision. He guided me to Luis who helped me set up the financing and they both worked well together to make it a smooth process. I am highly pleased with the service and kindness I received from both of these men. I feel they acted in a very professional way. When I picked up my car three days later, again, Manny took time to show me all the features inside the car and connected the bluetooth with my cellphone. He made sure I had his number and said to call him any time I had a problem or concern with my certified Toyota Rav4. I will gladly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I'm not a review person, I either write a review for a very good experience or a very bad one. This time I'm writing a review because I can't describe how great was my experience with this dealer. Manny has been incredible since day one, he spent a lot of time with me, gave me a call as soon as there was an available vehicle that fit my needs, he's been very patience and attentive without being pushy. He took time to explain me all the features of my new vehicle. Luis was able to get me a finance rate even lower than what my personal bank offered me. Also a big kudos to GM Paulie who was able to value my trade more than anybody else. This is my very first Toyota and going forward I'm only going to get Toyota which by the way, it's the only make that doesn't add markup on top of mrsp nowadays.
