Initial contact with the dealership was brusque, at best. I was a ready and willing cash buyer and I was told to "call back next week" because the vehicle wasn't ready. When I asked to discuss further "well they won't have any additional info beyond what I just told you." The interaction was snippy, unhelpful and nearly combative. When I inquired again, I was told that the price listed online didn't apply to me if I came from another state to buy it. So if I go out of my way to purchase a vehicle from them, I will be penalized with a 3,000 dollar price increase! Are they serious? I've purchased a vehicle from another dealership in NY, in the past, and had no such treatment and no such price penalty. So clearly the problem is with this dealership. Is ludicrous. More
