Patrick Dunn answered all my questions, did not pressure me with time-sensitive responses, allowing me to communicate on my time-frame via email. This allowed me time to do research and check with my husband before replying to questions. Once we were at the point of needing to go to the dealership to finalize the sale, we couldn't have asked for a better experience! No surprises, no back-and-forth to a mysterious manager for approvals, just the necessary information to close the deal. Highly recommend! More

Me and my family went into Subaru on a whim because it was right next to the Hyundai dealer and I’m so glad we did. We came back 4 times (we were very indecisive) and he was patient and throughout all of our visits. The most important thing is that he was honest and straightforward, that is something we didn’t too often during our car search. He was transparent with the features each car had and what features it didn’t have and we appreciate that. When we finally settled on a car (Subaru Forester) we worked so cars to get us a price that would work for us. We ended staying past closing and he didn’t leave until we walked out with our keys. It’s been two weeks since I took the car home and it is everything Robert said it was! Thanks for your patience and honestly! More

During my last few visits this year, I have come across missing screws, lose parts, oil leaks and having to back to Always double check their work! During my last few visits this year, I have come across missing screws, lose parts, oil leaks and having to back to have them re-repaired. The quality of their technicians lately has been terrible! They have been wasting my time, forcing me to go back because of screws that weren't screwed back in after service, or lose parts, or oil leaks. I think they have grown too big and too busy and their poor service quality shows. Won't be going taking my car there for service anymore until they get their acts straight. More
