On our first visit we wanted to see if the Outback and Forester had the creature comforts we desired as we do a lot of long trips. Bobby was a wealth of knowledge taking his time to show us all the amenities as well as the amazing safety features and sent us home with a full color brochure as we were leaning more towards the Outback. On our second visit to test drive, Bobby continued to educate us about Subaru and would give us tips to allow us to experience the features firsthand. We did extensive research and test drove several small SUVs and Subaru was hands down the pick of the crop! Our last visit was to purchase our 2019 Outback Limited. Brett, our finance manager, was exceptional. He got us a great deal and explained all the optional coverage in detail. He handled the paperwork expeditiously and answered all our questions thoroughly. Before leaving Bobby reviewed the various features again to make sure we fully understood the car before driving home and said he's available for any future questions that may arise. My husband and I both appreciated the exceptional service from Bobby and Brett and would gladly buy from Johnson Subaru again!! More

He took time to ask us lots of questions about what was important to us, preferences we had in a vehicle, and helped us make the best decision for us. After we had signed for the vehicle it was late in the evening but Bobby made sure we knew about the vehicle from bumper to bumper before having us drive off the lot. He also encouraged us to call or return with any questions or concerns. We never felt pressured to buy/lease but we are so happy we did!
