What once was a great family dealership has changed into a fourth generation numbskull operation. One cannot get return phone calls from the service desk people nor quality inspections during oil changes n a fourth generation numbskull operation. The older owner no longer has the energy to care and his two sons do not have the ability to manage employees or every day business affairs effectively. They might as well sell out to a large conglomerate dealership as they currently are in no man’s land. More
