The repair that was required was carried out in the most professional manner possible. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the whole process went. I honestly felt like I was treated like family. Tim Dacosta was a pleasure to deal with. Everything I needed to know about my purchase was explained to me. I felt like Tim was really looking out for me and trying to give me a good deal and make sure I was happy with my vehicle choice, not just trying to sell me a car at an unreasonably high rate or try to push me into a car that would give him the most profit, like the other dealerships I have visited. I truly dont think I could have had a better car buying experience. More

What made this last experience so pleasant, was hands down the sales representative who helped me. Zacques Gray was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional in helping me make a decision about the vehicle I bought. Most importantly, he was not pushy, but listened to what I wanted and and assured me he would do his best to help me find a vehicle that I would be happy with. To say he goes the extra mile is an understatement. He went out of his way to make my car shopping experience the best it could be. To be perfectly honest, I probably wouldn't be driving a new Lexus right now if it weren't for Zack. He is truly an asset to the dealership and I recommend him to all my friends and co-workers. The customer lounge area is spacious and is well equipped with beverages and snacks with a separate quite area. We recently had a wonderful experience of purchasing a Lexus 460. Our salesman, Tim DaCosta, found us the perfect vehicle, he patiently responded to all of our questions, and he tirelessly walked us through all the paperwork, staying with us well after closing. He set us up with an appointment the following morning with Eric Dahlgren, a delivery specialist, whose sole job is to instruct the customer on anything and everything about their new vehicle.
