As a result, I decided to give some consideration to turning in my '12 ES350 and going into a '15 ES350. However, I was adamant about retaining certain features which I really liked about my car, including the color. What would be the odds that finding a new car with those specifications would happen? Yet, Christian did find one ... and in a matter of days! He then patiently allowed me time to think about this seriously and was ready to proceed when, and if, I gave him the word. The Lexus SUV was actually out of the price range we had established, but he showed us a very nice clean used Mercedes GL 450 with just 17K miles. He was truly a help, not pushy, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He let US make the decision on the SUV, and WE made the decision on the SUV for us.
