Very Pleasant Experience Five months ago, stopped by in passing to browse and check out an IS250. Had no intention of buying anything. But when my wife spotted the NX200t it Five months ago, stopped by in passing to browse and check out an IS250. Had no intention of buying anything. But when my wife spotted the NX200t it was all over. Jay Dyer met us, and helped us kick the tires and take a hard look inside and out. Then we left to talk it over. Called Jay several days later to schedule a test drive and that was almost enough for us. We considered and tested other makes, but the NX was our choice. NX models were in short supply, so we had to wait a few days for a car equipped to our liking. When one came in Jay called and we looked at it, drove it, and brought it home the next day. Throughout the process Jay was easy to talk to, courteous and helpful. He was patient with us, and made it easy to shop, examine available features, etc. We've been back for "service" four times, to install accessories and get complimentary car washes. Everyone we've talked with has been topnotch. All our experience to date has been quite pleasant and we are very satisfied. More
