He worked with us for over two months with no pressure and my wife finally, with Christian's help, got me that new car. They searched for the model I wanted and got it from GA. The whole process was enjoyable including help from the General Manager Roger and the financial 'closer'. Nowhere along the line did they try to 'up-sell' us. Then Eric walked us through the technical details of driving a 'computer' and both Eric and Christian said to please call with any questions (and there will be some). It is nice to know that the service continues after the sale. More

He was cordial, and pleasant, with an outgoing personality. Once the sale was made, I was turned over to other individuals (not remembering names), that completed the finalizing of paperwork, and turning over the vehicle to me, with all the ins and outs that I needed to be aware of. The finance person also wasn't pushy in trying to get us to buy an extended warranty and thanked us for allowing her to make her presentation. We were shown how to operate all features of the car that we were interested in instead of being forced to sit through a mandatory walk through of all the car's gadgets. More
