Talk about the best two guys they are truly the best. But on the way home from dealership I hit a deer with my Brand-new car only had drove it about 80 miles I stay in lumberton nc. I was only about 3 miles from home and the deer came out of no where. Car is a total loss Want to say thanks to Moe and Roger. They both made me feel like part of the Family with all Calls asked if they could help in anyway with info for my ins Company. I will see them soon as ins pays my load. More

It was confirmed twice before final purchase and both times we received same incorrect information about the car. Called back the next morning (less than 24 hours) and they told us they could not reverse the deal so we could start over on our car search. We were told NO, they would not reverse the deal and accept the car back. They pretended to find the car we wanted; only to wind the clock down and say that we've had it X amounts of months now so they quit the search. They still have not corrected this so we are stuck with the type of car we specified we didn't want. Paid thousands out of pocket for this car. I'm still in my 5 year recovery period from breast cancer and don't need the extra stress! Very disappointed this well-known dealership that they have not corrected this scenario since the mistakes was on their end! I feel I should have received a full refund as we were mislead. More

There were a few hiccups initially in the sales process, but we were able to work through them and get a beautiful car at a good price. Several days after buying the car, I backed into a post. Moses immediately put me in touch with a collision repair specialist who met me at the dealership. Moses also provided me with a loaner car while mine was being worked on. I appreciate this so much because it saved me the hassle and cost of having to rent a car for 6 days. One might expect this level of service during the sales process, but certainly not after. And this is what separates the good from the outstanding. Thank you Moses Norman for your outstanding help! More

I usually dread the entire car buying experience but Johnson Lexus, along with Zack Gray and everyone else involved changed my mind! Treatment across the board was excellent, start to finish!! Everyone was professional. Price negotiation went smoothly. And my Jeep was spotless on delivery! I will not be dealing with any other dealership in the future. Over-delivered on our purchase Unfortunately this is going to sound like one of those cheesy commercials that the dealer creates, but I assure you it's sincere and unsolicited. We ended up at Johnson Lexus for a specific vehicle that they had in their pre-owned inventory. I knew going in that the car was priced fairly. I had done all my homework, and they were spot-on with their price, if not priced slightly below value. We had recently refinanced the car we had planned to trade to take advantage of a lower interest rate, so I knew we were upside down on our trade. I have worked with dealerships for the past 23 years, so I know the ins and outs of the game. I have never paid more than I should for car, and have been asked to leave by frustrated GMs on more than one occasion for telling them they need to do a little better to earn my business. We worked with Sean Lewis. The car was what we were looking for, but the tell-tale was going to be what they could do on the trade. I was straight up with him on what I needed on the trade, knowing it was well above fair-market-value. He took the numbers to his manager..... LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!! Shortly thereafter, here came Gary Mariasrossi, the manager. I was ready for him. He had no idea how experienced I was in negotiating a deal. He explained that he couldn't give me what I was looking for on my trade (as I expected since I was asking far too much money for it) but he could get me close. Then the unexpected...The difference between my dream trade value and the value they offered? He took it off the price of THEIR vehicle. I got the deal I wanted. No back-and forth. I reminded them that the car didn't have the headphones in it, and I wanted them included or no deal! The headphones were in the envelope for the car, never used, along with the spare key. I had no reason to say "no". I told them I would finance through my credit union to get the best rate. I knew my rate through the credit union going in, and they matched it. I never even had to call my bank. We bought the car and happily drove home. At home we realized that one of the tires was losing air. This was a pre-owned car. I expected the old "once you drive it off the lot...". I called Sean; he told me to bring it right in. They removed the tire and did an inside patch to fix a nail puncture. On my way to the dealership, I also noticed a crack in the top corner of the windshield. I brought it to his attention - they are sending someone to my house to give me a new windshield. I have NEVER had service like I received here. I also have never written a review for a dealership, as I have never had an experience worthy of it. These guys are a class act. It's all about making the customer happy. Truly a wonderful experience. (I failed to mention that this all took place on a Sunday) More

I went for in for a scheduled oil change; Mr. Steppe made possible a repair from a recall and on top of that the technician(s) working on my car found three (?) lights that needed replacing--items that I was not aware of but that now have been fixed thanks to the level of "pride in workmanship" on the part of your technician(s). I am not one of your new car owners--my Lexus is a 2007 purchased from another dealer's resale lot. Now I understand why, when I purchased the Lexus, the salesman encouraged me to go to Johnson Lexus in Raleigh for service. Donna Johnson Smithfield NC More
