It was easier for me to get everything done at the same time via you all and I appreciate the help. I will say I've been frustrated with how long it's taking to get my dashboard replaced via the replacement program. I've been on the list for over a year - far too long - and am still probably six months out. I'm very grateful for getting a new dashboard - looks horrible with the cracks that shouldn't have happened - but Corporate should have been much better prepared and be moving much more quickly. I've been a great customer for 12 years - bought car from you guys and have religiously serviced it at every step along the way with you guys. More

Herbie did a great job... great sales person Overall great experience..... very attentive to us as customers. I did however have inquire twice on the Internet before I received a call back. But the first time I "chatted" with the person and no one ever called me back... So probably want to check the work flow or perhaps just a one off that happened. But regardless, if I had not called back or if I had liked the car I drove at CarMax the day before I would not have purchased this car.... Just a business opportunity for improvement, but once there and Herbie calling everything went great ! More
