I had a great experience with the sales rep, Marcus Baldwin. Friendly, realistic, helpful. Was told the car had just arrived in stock and would rather wait to see who else could purchase it. It was very sad that I had already gone over budget, and they were not willing to meet me where my budget was the most stretched (over this technology installation). After that they tried to push that I purchase their certification warranty on my leased vehicle that I decided on purchasing, and tried to negotiate that. Didn’t make sense that they were ok with me walking away completely with less than $1,500 of wiggle room. More
