Does not respect time. Made service appointment for 1:30pm for a simple engine oil and filter change. Arrived on time. The car was checked in by Jonathan Rico service advisor more than 40 minutes late. Just leaving the dealership 4:30pm. It does not make sense to take 3 hours. Seems to me that they over schedule people and make people wait. Had a conversation with the service department manager Scott Parrish, he made it seem like 2 hours wait is completely within normal for any appointment. VERY DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER OF LEXUS. More
