Service in June addressed one of many issues with my new purchase--completed the recall service. However, my request to update the infotainment system wasn't addressed, to provide me with the fob replaceme purchase--completed the recall service. I had a check engine light come on about 6 months ago. Brought it to local mechanic who said I needed to bring it to the dealership. The last time I went there to pick up my car, I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before the engine light came back on. I went for two months without an update, so I called multiple times trying to figure out what happened and it’s turned out they do not have a certified mechanic that can work on Hybrid/EV vehicles. Half the cars they sell are hybrid/EV. The shop manager is not able to give any kind of eta, complained about how they aren’t making money, so he understands where I’m coming from?!? We bought our most recent Telluride there and I implore you to goto any other KIA dealership. Johnson KIA is the worst service and sales that I could even fathom. More

The entire service team is personable, helpful, and really puts in the extra effort to make sure your car is well taken care of before they let you get back on the road. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Service won't answer my calls or call me back. My brand new kia k5 gt has been at the dealer 3 times in under 1500 miles. I still have chips in the paint that weren't taken care of and I was told theh would be. My car is at the dealer now for 2 weeks with no movement, no call or update. If they only communicate the experience would be a lot better and make me feel better as a buying customer. The mechanic also took my car 85mph + while test driving. Service manager Shawn laughed as he told me he told the mechanic to slow down. Nothing else was done. I hope that nobody else has this experience like I have. It's created a lot of stress as I'm now at 600+ in rentals. I call even the general manager and left 5 plus messages with no callback. It's almost unreal how they do this to people and nothing happens. More
