Scott was excellent during the entire process. He kept me informed during the entire process. When he told me there was unexpected issues with my car that needed attention (leak) he made sure I go He kept me informed during the entire process. When he told me there was unexpected issues with my car that needed attention (leak) he made sure I got a ride to HD so I wasn’t left sitting for an additional 1 1/2 hours waiting for the car to be finished. And then when I finished at HD he made sure I received a ride back to the dealership. He made what could have been a nightmare visit to the dealership a bit better.
