The service depends on your advisor. My last visit, I used a different advisor and received a dishonest assessment of needed repairs that totalled 3k. I went to a reputable mechanic that My last visit, I used a different advisor and received a dishonest assessment of needed repairs that totalled 3k. I went to a reputable mechanic that charged me $600 for all needed repairs and noted that I had an oil leak for sometime that Honda service did not report which created problems. I have never missed a service appt since purchasing my vehicle from Johnson Honda in 2016. More

Very impressed with the service department. When I called with an issue, the speaker was pleasant and helpful and told me that there were no appointments available to just bring the car in. Went in to have a few recalls taken care if and was informed that it would be 3-4 hours. Was I ever surprised that it only took 2! Car was put through the car wash and nice and clean when it was ret informed that it would be 3-4 hours. Was I ever surprised that it only took 2! Car was put through the car wash and nice and clean when it was returned to me. Best thing about the service department is they don't try to rip you off with unnecessary work. We have been customers of Johnson Honda since they first opened and have purchased 3 Pilots from them. Won't go anywhere else! More
