Scott was excellent during the entire process. He kept me informed during the entire process. When he told me there was unexpected issues with my car that needed attention (leak) he made sure I go He kept me informed during the entire process. When he told me there was unexpected issues with my car that needed attention (leak) he made sure I got a ride to HD so I wasn’t left sitting for an additional 1 1/2 hours waiting for the car to be finished. And then when I finished at HD he made sure I received a ride back to the dealership. He made what could have been a nightmare visit to the dealership a bit better. My car is now running great and I feel it is much safer. Thanks to Scott and to my mechanic. More

Scheduled appointment almost a week in advance for the service department, of course after the typical you are the only one with this problem and I drive 40 minutes to the appointment, service advisor Ash service department, of course after the typical you are the only one with this problem and I drive 40 minutes to the appointment, service advisor Ashton and her attitude tell me they don’t do that type of work on Saturday and I need to reschedule! I asked why was it scheduled if they don’t do it and she replies “I’m no mind reader”. More
Worst buying experience ever, I just retired for the auto business and I saw first hand how a first time buyer was treated. The first manager said " no problem I will wave all added fees" well his boss came business and I saw first hand how a first time buyer was treated. The first manager said " no problem I will wave all added fees" well his boss came out with the price and needless to say no fees were waved. I understand that business is hard so was willing to pay MSRP, which is about 2000.00 profit with holdback, plus their 800 dealer fee. Well he laughed and said he's the boss and will not honor his managers offer. Please stay away from this store, and deal with Morris Honda and deal with Chris Prager. There you will be treated with respect and a fair deal. Ed Morris Honda. More
