Very impressed with the service department. When I called with an issue, the speaker was pleasant and helpful and told me that there were no appointments available to just bring the car in. In 2021 I Purchased a new car here on a Saturday but after driving it to work a 2 times the seat hurt my back. I asked to return the car on Monday (2days later) and purchase a pilot instead but the man after driving it to work a 2 times the seat hurt my back. Went in to have a few recalls taken care if and was informed that it would be 3-4 hours. Was I ever surprised that it only took 2! Car was put through the car wash and nice and clean when it was ret informed that it would be 3-4 hours. Was I ever surprised that it only took 2! Car was put through the car wash and nice and clean when it was returned to me. Best thing about the service department is they don't try to rip you off with unnecessary work. We have been customers of Johnson Honda since they first opened and have purchased 3 Pilots from them. Won't go anywhere else! More
I took my 2023 Pilot in for an inspection and first oil change. Although it took a little bit longer than I expected, the waiting area was comfortable and all employees I met were very friendly. Had to bring vehicle in 3 times for same problem (a leak of water into cabin) and solution clearing sun-roof drains) to be fixed once. The last time it took a month before it was fixed. Your notes state that you did not observe any mold. Of course you didn’t- because I cleaned it all! I was not about to get into a van covered in mold and drive it an hour to your location. Even though the carpet seems essentially dry at this time, the interior still reeks of mold, because it was loaded with mold from June until we returned in December. Then there was the issue of you failing to address my request to change the cabin air filter. Instead you claimed to have inspected it and decided it was fine. When it was removed it was covered in debris - which we have a picture of…. Lies do not breed trust. Very disconcerting. More
