Honesty I had recently lost my car to an auto accident. I was not sure what I wanted to purchase, I started shopping around. I went to the dealership across the street from Honda, liked a SUV there, and decided to put a down payment on it. The salesman and finance person promised me to get the price I wanted. Three days go by and I hear nothing, I called them they didn't know who I was and when they figured it out it was $8,000 more than I wanted to spend. I took my money back and went across the street and met Mark. He was kind,and honest. He did not force me to purchase a car, and worked with me on the price. He made my experience enjoyable. I am thankful that I have met him, I just love my 2016 Honda CRV. More
