Not great customer service I had air condition fixed and my car came back afterwards shaking. It never shakes before they repaired. They tried to say it was motor mounts but oth I had air condition fixed and my car came back afterwards shaking. It never shakes before they repaired. They tried to say it was motor mounts but other dealer in Ft Pierce said it was not. The manager was rude and made me feel like it was my problem. The air is not working again and I know have to take it back after 9 months. I am regretting the experience because they are not nice. If you pay the money you don't want your car fixed right and not to have rude service from manager or service workers. I hate to go back. More

Honesty I had recently lost my car to an auto accident. I was not sure what I wanted to purchase, I started shopping around. I went to the dealership across I had recently lost my car to an auto accident. I was not sure what I wanted to purchase, I started shopping around. I went to the dealership across the street from Honda, liked a SUV there, and decided to put a down payment on it. The salesman and finance person promised me to get the price I wanted. Three days go by and I hear nothing, I called them they didn't know who I was and when they figured it out it was $8,000 more than I wanted to spend. I took my money back and went across the street and met Mark. He was kind,and honest. He did not force me to purchase a car, and worked with me on the price. He made my experience enjoyable. I am thankful that I have met him, I just love my 2016 Honda CRV. More
