The entire team was awesome. From beginning to the finance S I asked the manager to turn on the HONDA Classis while I was waiting for my pilot to be inspected. They said the tv was on a channel lock. Rick Fuss convinced me to come by for a visit (I had had a horrible experience with a different Honda dealer close to me, not to mention at other Honda dealers after needing to replace my beloved old civic coupe 5 years ago --ended up getting a VW that time--) and set me up to work with Mark who was fantastic. I went from being uncertain of going for a Honda this time, to putting money down that day. They made the process as painless as possible and I tell everyone to go to that location now, as opposed to the one that is closer to me. The team at Johnson ROCKS. There is a fun, laid back vibe while also being very professional.
