Simple oil change, very expensive. Other dealerships will complementary vacuum the interior & wipe the dashboard. Ford doesn't. For that price, service should be better. The worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time. One of the girls was quite rude and communication was very poor. My 2022 Expedition sat there for two days for an oil change and tran very long time. One of the girls was quite rude and communication was very poor. My 2022 Expedition sat there for two days for an oil change and transmission check. My appointment was on a Tuesday. I checked in at around 1:30 for an update. I was told that everyone was at lunch and someone would get back to me. When no one did at the end of the day I called again. Then I was told everyone was gone for the day and they had no update. The next day I called in the morning. No update. Called again at the end of the day and nothing happened. Not once did anyone from your service department called to give me an update. At the end of the second day we picked it up after zero communication coming from you . NOTHING WAS DONE. Not even the oil change. We were told the "transmission guy" was backed up BUT why not do the oil change?? It was never moved from the spot in the parking lot where we left it. I will be taking my vehicle to Miller Ford moving forward. Someone needs to take a good look at how that service department is being managed and make some changes. Andrea and Jack Ryan More
