Failed to return vehicle in same working condition as it was when dropped off. Service was to repair radio that stopped working. This is the second instance of the radio failing to work on my F150. When I used the vehicle later that day, the heater and defrost did not work. Tried calling the service department and got put on hold and then hung up on. Took the truck back the next day and had to tell them to fix it. The service tech "forgot" to reattach what was disconnected to fix the radio. Very poor service on so many levels. It's not acceptable that the vehicle isn't checked prior to be returned to the owner. Other dealership service departments do it. More
i was charged $24 for coolant but I had to fill my coolant reservoir as I was driving home from the service center, my tank was 3/4 empty and I had filled it up 2 days before I drove it there. I took my vehicle for a recall and was told that it wasn't my transmission it was the transmission clutch. My vehicle was taken to Miller Ford in Mt. The service was excellent as always. Greeted with professionalism and courtesy. The wait for was car was only about an hour and I was expected to wait longer.
