The tire rotation was not done, tires were marked by me. Tire pressure on all tires were the same when I took the car in. Left rear was at 33 pounds. Even after driving it.There were no fingerprint marks on any of the wheels, especially the front that had a lot of brake dust. Valve cap from left rear was missing when I took the vehicle in, still missing when I received it back. My question is was any of the service other than the oil chain done . The Ford reward points were not added as of my departure or even last night. The advisor only said Mr. knight your car is done and the cashier has your your bill. The last advisor which I think was amanda was really great the last time I was there. It appears that this is visor did not have time or maybe even. The tires on my car this time are different from the last service I had. They are brand new. Only have 5,000 miles. I had another dealer that is also 45 minutes away.send me $69.99 offer, and military discount. My great experience with my rep the last time made my decision for me..she took time to listen to my concerns. For service and repair. Her professionalism, and courtesy was beyond great.
