Great Experience From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a friendly smile and never felt any pressure in the process. Linda, the salesperson, From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a friendly smile and never felt any pressure in the process. Linda, the salesperson, knew that I was just there for a test drive and that I was going to buy a jeep in the next month or so. She still took her time going through the differences in the Wrangler models options and colors until I was sure which one I wanted. Three weeks later I called her and while they didn't have what I wanted on their lot, they did a search and had it there in just a couple of days. I live a good distance from the dealership so they did all of the financing through email and by the time I got there to pick up the Jeep the whole deal took about 15 minutes to complete. I have purchased a good amount of vehicles in my life and would definitely recommend Johnson for a great buying experience. Ask for Linda she is a Mopar nut and that helps you feel comfortable knowing how much she believes in the product. More

RUDE AND RIP-OFF My car was dead and had to tow it to them as I figured there was issue with battery and might be alternator. First Courtney Knudsen who is service adviser there was very very RUDE and so was the other lady having really short hair I cant recollect her name. Both were not ready to hear my issue and I was requesting them to run system check and both were like we cannot do without good battery and were stuck to their NO. They quoted me $230 to replace the battery. Total rip--off. Wasted my day there. FF next day I went in with new battery, they installed and ran system check and charged me $240. Total rip-off. $240 to run system check. Never again to that place and will never suggest anybody. More

Well several emails later with promises that the ‘check is in the mail’ - we still haven’t gotten anything, and now he doesn’t even acknowledge our email. No more referrals from us - and we have also told everyone we know not to bother listening when they promise a ‘finders fee’ for a referral - they have no intention of paying it. More
