Good luck getting your vehicle serviced in a timely fashion. Had my 2020 Jeep in on a Thursday got it back on the following Wednesday. Tech did a good job of diagnosing the issue and I was only charged fashion. Had my 2020 Jeep in on a Thursday got it back on the following Wednesday. Tech did a good job of diagnosing the issue and I was only charged 1 hour, however I had to rent a car for 6 days due to their non-availability. And good luck with your warranty, they only reimburse $40/day for car rental(hope you like those electric scooters to drive your kids around in). FCA/Stellantis products and their caring about customers is non-existent. More

I would highly recommend buying from this dealership. I bought a new Ram 1500 from them. I worked with Mark and Bryce and had an awesome experience! Only reason I give any stars is because the employees are very friendly. I’ve had multiple problems with this dealership. When I first bought my used jeep I found the tires were worn out and old. Couple months ago I called because the head rest was defective. They ordered one to replace free of charge. It arrived and no one ever contacted me. I contacted them and had to wait another couple weeks (3?) to get the headrest put in. Last week they put the new one in. Whoever put it in didn’t even noticed there was a tear In it. Big as life. Either they didn’t notice it or thought I wouldn’t notice it which is insulting. I complained to one of the managers. Said they’d get a new one. 7 days later still have not been contacted about when and if they got the new one. Poor business. More
