FIVE STAR SERVICE? WRONG!!! It is crystal clear why Chrysler is in trouble, they let a service department like this exist, I took my vehicle in for a minor issue and now it is almost a year later, And Chrysler is in trouble, they let a service department like this exist, I took my vehicle in for a minor issue and now it is almost a year later, And the problem still exists, on the phone back and fourth and when (they) finally gave up on me I reached out to the manufacture…Chrysler tells me that they cant help me and that I need to take legal action against Johnson Dodge. I believed, in this day and age, dealers will treat you right. These guys are a joke. They never gave me a spec on a vehicle I wanted to buy, sold me a vehicle, made the total experience a mess. Stuck a de right. These guys are a joke. They never gave me a spec on a vehicle I wanted to buy, sold me a vehicle, made the total experience a mess. Stuck a decal on the vehicle that is ugly. I would never recommend anyone else to get there. I guess I should not have expected anything better. Go some place else. More
