Fantastic Service I went in to Johnson Dodge for the safety recall issue regarding the side mirrors. While there I also had an oil change done. Great experience. It's a stealership, what did you expect. Brought in 2002 liberty for recall, they installed a trailer hitch to protect the fuel tank and replaced a switch on the transfer case. When we got home I noticed the 4wd shifter had no resistance. Looked underneath and the linkage rod was not there. All I could think of was some dumb tech was in a hurry to finish up a warranty job and forgot. Where do they find these incompetents? I'm no stranger to mechanics and I feel terrible for people who rely on these morons for reliable repairs. What if it was snowing and my mother needed to get home? Then whose problem would it be? Think very carefully before choosing this bunch of romper room kiddies as a repair source. More
