Bait n Switch Johnson had the vehicle i was looking for. Being 2 hrs away i wanted to firm up the price prior to making the drive. The sales rep indicated that was a lease price and not a true buy number. The number he came back with was $3,500 higher. My wife and i were sick about the entire deal. We walked out. 4 hrs on the road with no new vehicle. They didnt even beat their own TruCar pricing. Buyer be ware!!! More

Run, Run Fast Stopped in to look at a used Jeep, it had been sold. Asked to see 2015 leftover, MRSP was $38,000 but they would sell it to me for $35,000. I asked about the Internet price (same vin#) was told that price is only if you have a leased car in the household. That's crap! He then said he had a 4 cylinder to show me, I really did not want a 4 cylinder but some how I found myself leaving a deposit on a vehicle I didn't want . On Monday I called as soon as they opened to inform them I did not want it and to please refund my $. That was August 31 it is now September 11 and I'm still waiting. I've made 5 calls and left several messages no one has contacted me. I did speak to the sales person on Tuesday 9/8 he blamed the holiday as the reason I did not receive my $. When I cancelled a whole week before Labor Day. Now I'm going in person. I don't know what game is being played but I just don't have $1000 to give away. If anyone goes to that dealership after reading this you deserve what ever you get. The one star is for vehicle selection More

Everyone I spoke to told me to avoid this place and go to Dover. I didn't listen, because it was right down the street from me. I bought two cars that day (from different dealers) and the experiences couldn't have been any different. I didn't haggle on price or trade-in value offered - I should have been an ideal customer. But I certainly wasn't treated like it. Communication was horrible. Wouldn't answer the simplest questions. Didn't know about National Jeep Programs. My Jeep was delivered 4 days later than promised. Sales person told me to go home and watch videos, instead of showing me the features of the vehicle. Boxes of stuff - covers, etc were in the back and no explanation about how to go about assembling, etc. Simply handed me my keys and went for a smoke break. Seriously. Finance guy was rude, didn't even welcome us when we walked in his office, just started tossing papers at us. Don't make the mistake I made - stay away from this place. Too many other options a short drive away to get a car AND have a great experience buying it. More
