I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, however, unknowingly it had a factory defect with the transmission and found out less than 24 hours post signing (dealership unaware of issue pre-signing). 1st time it broke down (within 24 hours of closing on the car), I brought it to the dealership and they said they fixed the connection issue. 2nd time it broke down (within the same day and after being "fixed") it had to be towed back to the dealership. Moral of the story, the dealership traded me another brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and kept the problem child of a Jeep. Lastly, when the Jeep broke down a 2nd time, Cagney came out himself to where I broke down, brought a loner vehicle and stayed with the broken down jeep till a towing company came. It was frustrating experience, but Cagney made me not hate the dealership and I ended up receiving a replacement Jeep...so thank you Johnson Dodge Chrysler. More
