I purchased a certified preowned 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L in September. I noticed that it was water in the tail light. I brought it back to the dealership they replaced the taillight. So I didn't think any L in September. I noticed that it was water in the tail light. I brought it back to the dealership they replaced the taillight. So I didn't think anything of it. I took the car on vacation got caught in a rain storm. When I got back from vacation, I had a very bad smell in a car. I took it back to the dealership, thought that it was a dead animal or something. Come to find out the vehicle was flooded ,leaking in the front of the car and over the sunroof of the car. Spoke to the GM he said that he was gonna replace the car, now only thing they trying to do is replace the carpet in the car. Gm spoke to the owner of the company, Issue still not resolved. What that say about him. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Beware Beware Beware! More

Service dept is terrible! Had an appointment for 8:00am and they held my jeep for almost 2 days without looking at it. I had to call mult times only to be given the runaround Had an appointment for 8:00am and they held my jeep for almost 2 days without looking at it. I had to call mult times only to be given the runaround and flat out lied too.Then they charged me $225 for a 10 min diagnosis didn’t offer any kind of discount or even an apology. I couldn’t even see a service manager as they pushed it to the very end of the day. The only way to get my Jeep back that night was to pay the cashier… What a racket . I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and I will NEVER be back again for anything. Shameful! More
