2011 Ford F150 Our experience was great. Nick (sales) and Matt (finance) were great to work with. I didn’t meet the sales manager but he came down another 500$ on an Our experience was great. Nick (sales) and Matt (finance) were great to work with. I didn’t meet the sales manager but he came down another 500$ on an already great priced truck. They’d only had it a handful of days and only had 6 photos online and there was a lot of action on the truck. When they said it was very nice I took their word for it and put a down payment to hold the truck. They were telling the truth, the truck was immaculate, well taken care of and like I said priced very well. We had our 4 year old twin girls with us and everyone smiled and was nice to them. We were in and out in about 2.5 hours and it was a very busy dealership. It was dinner time when we were done and they recommended a great BBQ place that was awesome. Overall, great service and experience. One criticism I have is that they need to update the premises. A lot of these big dealerships have a nice TV room with cushioned seats or couches, free drinks and snacks or at least a drink/snack machine and maybe even a kids play room. Other than that it really was a perfect car buying experience. More
