From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff who made the car-buying process feel relaxed and pressure-free. My sales consultant Matt took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find a well-maintained Expedition that fit both my needs and my budget. The vehicle was in excellent condition—clean inside and out—and came with a full history report. I was impressed by the transparency and the dealership’s commitment to quality. They even allowed me to take it for an extended test drive, which really helped seal the deal. The financing process was straightforward and hassle-free. The finance manager explained all my options clearly and worked to get me a great rate. I drove off the lot confident that I had made a smart purchase. After we decided to pursue to negotiate the purchase of the vehicle, Ken acted totally supportive of our requests and acted in very good faith by “going to bat for us”. We quickly came to an agreement and Ken made the buying process quick and painless.
