Snowy Range Dodge service department as always work with me on getting me in for service in a very timely manor. They work with me as far as timing, service, explanations, and if they don't know they find out and tell me instead of BSing me. I think I like that the most. They go that extra step to make your visit for any reason warm, comfortable, friendly and for me most important honest. They never try to sell me something I don't need and if there is something I do need they have always taken care of it. When I was schedule for an appointment and the Tech was running a few minutes late, the service department had my truck washed... now that's service. More

Best Dealership I Have Ever Been To I was on a road-trip in my Challenger visiting Wyoming and needed an oil change, stopped in and they fit me in for an oil change before I had to leave I was on a road-trip in my Challenger visiting Wyoming and needed an oil change, stopped in and they fit me in for an oil change before I had to leave Laramie. I arrived early and they had my car done before my appointment was supposed to start. Everyone from the service department, salesman I visited with and the pretty lady that visited with me in the waiting room were all very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, bottled water while you waited and they had brochures of new vehicles which few dealerships have anymore. Much better than any dealership in my hometown More
