I have had a terrible experience with Johnson’s Gm service department. They have had my truck for going on 3 1/2 weeks and it’s still not fixed. They don’t communicate what is going on with what they service department. They have had my truck for going on 3 1/2 weeks and it’s still not fixed. They don’t communicate what is going on with what they are doing or really what they are not doing with my truck. It’s excuse after excuse why my truck isn’t done. They wasted two weeks saying they were diagnosing what the problem was. Before I finally was like let’s just put the parts in and see if that fixes it. Then they waste another week saying they can’t get my truck to regen. Then I’m like why won’t it regen. Then they tell me well you have two parts failing so I get the parts then they promise Me truck will be ready on Monday. I call they give me an excuse he got a late start on it and it will be ready today. So I call back at 4. They said James would call me back. Never called to let me know it wasn’t going to be ready. I call today and then they tell me they broke the a part on my truck and now they had to order a part to fix it. And they still haven’t gotten my truck to regen. I have very little confidence in them fixing my truck or actually getting it done tomorrow like they promised. I have spent around a $1000 taking Lyft rides to and from work while Johnson has been working on my truck. I will never take my truck back to them for service. Horrible experience. More
Scheduled to have my trucks oil pan changed out three weeks in advance. Took it there Friday and was told I would have it back no later than Monday. Got a message Monday afternoon saying it wouldn’t be d weeks in advance. Took it there Friday and was told I would have it back no later than Monday. You had three weeks to get all of the correct parts you needed and now my plans to go see my family for the holidays are trashed. Asked for a rental and was told you had none. Stephan was very u professional Over the phone and hung up when we couldn’t reach a solution. More
My key Fobs on my Dodge 1500 were going bad and I took it into Johnsons Auto Plaza to have them replaced. Nick in the service department provided quick and excellent service. Sept.12, 2020 We lost our trailer brakes on uor trailer. Not knowing if it was our Dodge 3500 truck or our trailer we took it to Jake and his wonderful team at Johnson Auto Plaza. We were just walk ins on a Not knowing if it was our Dodge 3500 truck or our trailer we took it to Jake and his wonderful team at Johnson Auto Plaza. We were just walk ins on a saturday morning but Jake and his team took the time to diagnose our problem and get us on our way. They saved our vacation!! Never will go here again Chrysler Service- just an oil change waited 2 and a half hours when they say first come first serve and was the 2nd car there and didn't explain that if an appt shows up you get p change waited 2 and a half hours when they say first come first serve and was the 2nd car there and didn't explain that if an appt shows up you get pushed back- but then someone comes out and says 25mins then an hour later says 25mins again- on top of that didn't even honor the coupon that we had. Very frustrating. If someone could have explained the process then we wouldn't have been upset and would have anticipated the wait. Not good customer service at all. More
