Had a bad experience at this dealership. I was given the option to leave a deposit on a vehicle to hold it for me but it was not stated that the deposit was non-refundable. The agent supposedly did state it but I do not remember. Also, the receipt that I signed did not mention anything about it being a non-refundable deposit. Anyway, I figured I had lost the money after I contacted the agent but what I found to be very unprofessional was his snotty and immature attitude towards me via text. I did not appreciate that. I do not recommend working with this individual. Unfortunately this experience left me with a sour taste. Hopefully he can get better at communicating more effectively and in a more professional manner as a representative of this immense dealership. More
I have purchased over 600 cars and this was my first experience with Johnson auto plaza. From the time I emailed an inquiry to see if they had the exact car I was looking for Brice responded within minu experience with Johnson auto plaza. From the time I emailed an inquiry to see if they had the exact car I was looking for Brice responded within minutes and sent me pictures and window sticker to make sure it was the right one then by the time I got there 15 minutes later he had it pulled out and running so the ac could cool it down and gave me time to check it out then test drive it. The whole time being a no pressure experience and super friendly and knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I was looking for and not pushing anything I didn’t want. When we came back he got the info on my trade and introduced me to the GM Matt who was super nice as well and worked the deal personally. He got the deal done within minutes and approved and everything done exactly the way I wanted. Awesome experience. The employees are outstanding and trustworthy! Todd, Jason and MaryLou took wonderful care of our truck and us during a rocky start to our vacation. Stop! Please think and check before you give this dealership any personal information. Here's my story. I began my new truck research by submitting an online form to value my trade in. I received an email from kbbdotcom as I expected to. The internet sales team contacted me via email, as I had indicated, to get more details about my trade in and what I was looking to buy. After about 2 days of email exchanges, I received 3 emails asking me to: complete my new RAM owner registration, complete my Sirius trial registration and to go to the ram owner support page to watch videos of my new truck. I DID NOT BUY A TRUCK so I became concerned. After several attempts via email I finally heard from the sales rep with the following: "I SEE WHAT HAPPENED, AND GOT IT FIXED ON MY END! THANKS FOR REACHING OUT.. IT ALL CAME DOWN TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS.". I continue to receive emails from Sirius and Ram after they "fixed" it. The information I received has the actual owners VIN and name, but with my email address. I can only conclude that this dealership truly does not take customer information privacy seriously since they did not fix it and are now ignoring my requests to do so. More
I found a car through Cargurus and at Johnson’s Dodge in Colorado. I researched the dealership through Google reviews etc and found that Rich Jeffers was quite the salesman, I was wrong! I inquired on a vehicle at Johnson’s Dodge and was then contacted by Rich Jeffers. He asked me to fill out a pre approval which I did, but then that’s when everything went south. My credit is not the greatest and apparently Rich was keen on that fact so basically gave up on me. He did not return calls, texts or emails after that knowingly the deal was dead. I had to reach out to him to follow up on the last bank (Wells Fargo) with no answer from him. Curiously, I called with a different number and HE ANSWERED! He ducked all my calls, texts and emails knowing the deal was dead and I was a “waste of his time”. I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever!! *Rich was quick to respond to my Google review than returning my calls! Ridiculous. More
Bought a Dodge Journey from Johnson last August. It has been towed to Johnson for service 3 times since we bought the car and now the engine light is on again. When I requested an appointment to take the been towed to Johnson for service 3 times since we bought the car and now the engine light is on again. When I requested an appointment to take the car back yet again I was told it would be over a week and a half before they would even take a look at it. The last three service visits were almost a week and a half on average before we could pick up the car. If you buy a car from them you would think they would want to make you a priority because that would be excellent customer service. This is the fourth time my car has needed service since we bought it in August and this business does not give a crap. I have scheduled an appointment with Brighton Ford. Here's hoping they know how to take care of customers. I will never buy a car from Johnson again. This business doesn't even rate one star based on how they are treating me. More
The parts department is worthless. Order a spare tire and jack assemble from them , the first week of February. We were told it would be in by the end of the month. We called on March 2nd. The person in the parts department said it was on order but not in yet. Called back today, March 11th and was told there was no order for this part, under anybody's name. The person on the phone said he could order it but it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get it. POOR SERVICE. Called Larry Miller Jeep, talked to Joe. She found one in Nebraska and will have it here by Friday next week. GREAT SERVICE. Johnsons parts people need to take lessons from Larry Miller parts people. More
I have had a terrible experience with Johnson’s Gm service department. They have had my truck for going on 3 1/2 weeks and it’s still not fixed. They don’t communicate what is going on with what they service department. They have had my truck for going on 3 1/2 weeks and it’s still not fixed. They don’t communicate what is going on with what they are doing or really what they are not doing with my truck. It’s excuse after excuse why my truck isn’t done. They wasted two weeks saying they were diagnosing what the problem was. Before I finally was like let’s just put the parts in and see if that fixes it. Then they waste another week saying they can’t get my truck to regen. Then I’m like why won’t it regen. Then they tell me well you have two parts failing so I get the parts then they promise Me truck will be ready on Monday. I call they give me an excuse he got a late start on it and it will be ready today. So I call back at 4. They said James would call me back. Never called to let me know it wasn’t going to be ready. I call today and then they tell me they broke the a part on my truck and now they had to order a part to fix it. And they still haven’t gotten my truck to regen. I have very little confidence in them fixing my truck or actually getting it done tomorrow like they promised. I have spent around a $1000 taking Lyft rides to and from work while Johnson has been working on my truck. I will never take my truck back to them for service. Horrible experience. More
