AVOID this car dealer! WORST buying experience we have ever had. They are LIARS and CON ARTISTS. When buying a car from Johnson Auto Plaza on February 28, 2022; I had as WORST buying experience we have ever had. They are LIARS and CON ARTISTS. When buying a car from Johnson Auto Plaza on February 28, 2022; I had asked, "what has the dealer done to improve the condition of this vehicle?" I was told they replaced the engine as rebuilt. My honest car mechanic discovered a SALVAGED engine was installed. We are now out an additional $3,000 on this vehicle. The DECEITFULNESS by Johnson Auto Plaza outta land them OUT OF BUSINESS soon. [they used JB Weld to hide head gasket leaks, the timing belt and water pump were discovered to be the factory installed parts, corrosion apparent around multiple fasteners, the AC lost all refrigerant within a week of getting the car home,...] More

I was so empressed with Matthew Clyker at Johnson Auto Plaza. I losted my Ram 1500, and found one at Johnson Auto Plaza to replace Duke. Matthew Clyker put a hold on the newer truck. We were shopping for a new car. We had a great experience working with this dealership. From the time we came looking, ordered the car, and had it delivered it was a very easy process. Had a bad experience at this dealership. I was given the option to leave a deposit on a vehicle to hold it for me but it was not stated that the deposit was non-refundable. The agent supposedly did state it but I do not remember. Also, the receipt that I signed did not mention anything about it being a non-refundable deposit. Anyway, I figured I had lost the money after I contacted the agent but what I found to be very unprofessional was his snotty and immature attitude towards me via text. I did not appreciate that. I do not recommend working with this individual. Unfortunately this experience left me with a sour taste. Hopefully he can get better at communicating more effectively and in a more professional manner as a representative of this immense dealership. More

I have purchased over 600 cars and this was my first experience with Johnson auto plaza. From the time I emailed an inquiry to see if they had the exact car I was looking for Brice responded within minu experience with Johnson auto plaza. From the time I emailed an inquiry to see if they had the exact car I was looking for Brice responded within minutes and sent me pictures and window sticker to make sure it was the right one then by the time I got there 15 minutes later he had it pulled out and running so the ac could cool it down and gave me time to check it out then test drive it. The whole time being a no pressure experience and super friendly and knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I was looking for and not pushing anything I didn’t want. When we came back he got the info on my trade and introduced me to the GM Matt who was super nice as well and worked the deal personally. He got the deal done within minutes and approved and everything done exactly the way I wanted. Awesome experience.
