My wife and I had a great experience at the Johnson Auto Plaza in Brighton. We spoke to David Maldonado in the service department, and he was awesome. We needed to replace the key fob to our 2016 Dodge Ram. We talked to Buzz and he placed an order for the fob. The very next day Buzz called and said the key fob was in and to come in to the service depar We talked to Buzz and he placed an order for the fob. THE TOLL BILL I RECIEVED WAS UNACCEPTABLE. ALSO THE PERSON WHO DELIVERED MY CAR WANTED TO GO AND GET BREAKFAST IN MY NEW VEHICLE. CAR WAS DIRTY NOT DETAILED AS YOU WOULD EXPECT WHEN PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE. CALLED SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING THE TOLL BILL AND MY TRADE NOT BEING COMPLETELY PAID OFF ( WHICH THAT WAS THE AGREEMENT) TOOK ME 2 WEEKS AND 5 DIFFERNT PEOPLE. I TALKED TO RICH THIS SAME DAY AND BASICALLY WASN'T GOING TO RESPOND BECAUSE HE WAS HURT FROM THE REVIEW. THESE REVIEWS ARE MEANT FOR MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE NOT JUST MY SALES PERSON WHICH IS A PROBLEM BECAUSE MOST WAS OUT OF HIS CONTROL BUT HE COULD HAVE DEALT WITH THE SITUATION MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL. Honestly if I could give this dealership no stars, I would. I have bought two used vehicles from them. Both have had countless issues and money put into them after purchase. The last vehicle was my brea would. I have bought two used vehicles from them. Both have had countless issues and money put into them after purchase. The last vehicle was my breaking point. I told them there was an issue with ac fan when I purchased the vehicle. They assured me nothing was wrong for weeks. It cost me over $1,000 after I went to a different mechanic because clearly they were no help. So, their word of mouth service means nothing because I ended up paying for something that was wrong in the purchase of the vehicle. They claim to be a family dealership and take care of their customers like "family". Not true. Do not ever buy a used vehicle from them. Worst car dealership experience I have ever had. More
