They said we needed a new spider injector and a rear break Quoted me approximately $2,500.00 to repair my sons 95 Blazer with 56,000 original miles. They said we needed a new spider injector and a rear break job. We took the truck to another mechanic and had the problem fixed with a $35 set of plug wires and a basic break job. Watch out for this service department. We've had several other "suspect" dealings with this dealership but we finally had enough and got a second opinion. Feel free to contact me at 720-281-9572. Above and Beyond I had a flat tire in front of the dealership with my motor home while driving from Iowa to Boulder. It was close to closing time but they found a tire I had a flat tire in front of the dealership with my motor home while driving from Iowa to Boulder. It was close to closing time but they found a tire and replaced it. I preceded toward my destination but had 2(dulies) more flat tires in Boulder. It was about 7 pm.but was able to reach Johnsons and they sent two employees the next morning to remove the 2 tires, take them to a tire dealer in Boulder, remount the new tires, return to the motor home and mount the new tires and make sure I was on my way. Mark at the dealership and the 2 employees were friendly and professional in all their dealings. They paid for their first tire they put on that blew and sent me a timely check to replace the polished steel wheel liner that was lost when the tires blew in Boulder. I have never felt a need to review anyone before, but I knew this experience needed to be recorded. I am 71 and glad I lived long enough to experience this outstanding service. Thank you! John was our salesman and within 5 minutes of getting out of our car, he came over, introduced himself and gave us his business card and a pen. He said if we have questions or want to test drive he would be right out front which was great because I HATED that at the other dealerships we visited that day the salespeople were either helicoptering over us/being super pushy/ or just straight up ignoring us. John was extremely knowledge about the cars on the lot (they have a great selection and a ton with very low miles) and even about each cars individual technology. The entire process was an hour and a half which was a huge bonus! We love this dealership so much we went back later the same week with our friend to look at cars with her. Her salesmans name was Mike and just like John he was FANTASTIC! I seriously cannot say just how much I love this dealership!!! They made buying a car fast, easy, and best of all fun. I got an awesome deal on a really great car and will recommend Johnson Auto Plaza to everyone! More

One lie leads to two etc etc For starters I walked in pre-approved, I needed no help but was given 2 uninformed salesmen. Chance , had no clue about a large paint blemish and told For starters I walked in pre-approved, I needed no help but was given 2 uninformed salesmen. Chance , had no clue about a large paint blemish and told me it was dirty hand prints "Dumb & wrong". After buying the car , got it home while wiping the wheels one valve stem released air just touching it, I drove to discount tire where they informed me the new, new tires need a pressure monitor, that's when the 3 of us searched my new new car for the wheel lock , nowhere to be found, I called Chase, he said I'm blind and the mechanic put it in the glove box "NOT TRUE" it was never returned into the car after they installed 4 tires. Chase told me I have your key come get it, so I did, it was the WRONG wheel lock key. It took 11 days to order and recieve a replacement. after 60 days past I still have no title, I called Justine, title clerk, she blamed me for not doing my homework and signing a lein form, but they never called and my title papers sat in the " don't give a xxxx" tray in her office for two months, now my temp tags are expired and I'm , once again waiting for those rude , liers called Johnsons auto crap. Another fact, when Justine couldn't find my title papers Rich, salesman, said he was in her office listening on speaker to my coversation, never helping to resolve this issue. But he did lie and say I told Justine that I've done my part now you figure this out. " 100% "LIE" . What a creepy bunch of lousy car wanna be salesmen. PERIOD More
