Great customer service and support I am from Greeley Co. I went to the Gmc dealer here. I picked out a truck and showed them my trade. It was a car I got for my son. MThen they come back with we can't get u a loan because u already have 3 and pretty much gave up on me. So I got online with Johnsons Auto Plaza. I told Rich the details of what I was going through. Integrity - above and beyond I bought my wife a Chrysler Van with about 100,000 miles on it in May 2017. Johnson had clearly gone over the vehicle and gave us 4 pages of thin I bought my wife a Chrysler Van with about 100,000 miles on it in May 2017. Johnson had clearly gone over the vehicle and gave us 4 pages of things they had identified and done on it, from wipers to brakes, alignment, all filters, oil. The car was clean. A couple of days later, we found about a $500 mistake on the invoice after paying cash. We called and explained and they sent us a check without any argument (didn't expect that). Even later yet, they repaired something with the brakes for us that they totally would not have had to take responsibility for. Robert Toscano, reconditioning director, took total responsibility for getting this right, worked us into a really busy schedule, and handled it. I drew the line when he also wanted to return the car to me 35 miles across Denver at their expense. Next time I need a car, I will start at Johnson, and hope they have what I need. Much gratitude for going above and beyond on this "as is" used car. More
