We have purchased 2 new vehicles and 1 used vehicle from this dealership since 2008. When we had trouble with the brakes on the used truck after 2 months our mechanic said it the 2006 Silverado had issues w this dealership since 2008. When we had trouble with the brakes on the used truck after 2 months our mechanic said it the 2006 Silverado had issues with the ABS system and should be taken care of by the dealer. The dealer would not do anything for us! We had to pay over $500 to get it fixed when there is a bulletin no: 03-05-25-007D saying that the problem exists and should be taken care of. Do not buy from Johnny Londolff. They do not back their product and are not loyal to their customers! More
Went looking for a New Cruze. Looked online. Great website. Lots of information and specials. Tons on vehicles to look at. Helpful salesman and manager. Nice finance guy. Great Experience. I took my car in for service and they told me that they had no idea what could be wrong with it because it hadn't "acted up for them".They kept it for a week but didn't test drive it until I called and ask had no idea what could be wrong with it because it hadn't "acted up for them".They kept it for a week but didn't test drive it until I called and asked if it had been driven and was told "no,but we will now".I then did some research online and discovered what the problem could be.When I called them to discuss what I'd learned,their response was "oh yeah that's what my tech is saying the problem could be also".They offered nothing before I called them but charged me extra diagnostic fees when I did all the research. I just needed a brake transmission shift interlock solenoid but was told by the service manager that I would have to purchase the entire shift assembly when nothing was wrong with the shifter itself.He told me that he told my extended warranty company that he'd have to replace everything, as a favor to me so that I'd get "the most bang for my bucks",but tried to past this inflated estimate on to me when he was told that it was not covered by the warranty. I then called a dealer out of state and was told that I could purchase the solenoid alone for $38. That sounds much better than the $638 dollars that Johnny Londoff Chevrolet tried to steal from me. When I told them that I didn't want them to do the work,they then jacked the price of the diagnostic service up another $52.They should've paid me because I called them with all the answers. They sat on my car and their hands for over a week and came up with nothing helpful.Needless to say,I'll never go back nor recommend them to anyone because they're just dishonest and untrustworthy. There's no wonder why the American auto industry has suffered so. Honesty and integrity has been locked away in the nursing homes with our hardworking elders. More

Londoff's Corvette advertised price, available to all on both Cars.com an new car buying experience I have encountered in my purchase of Corvettes. Londoff's Corvette advertised price, available to all on both Cars.com and on their website, was the absolute lowest price posted in the US. I saved TENS of thousands off the MSRP sticker price (which had NO add-ons "adjusted market value" that you find at some other dealers who sell Corvettes.) This was a deal done by email and phone call, I live in Florida, and it was painless pleasant process. A call to confirm the car was still available, an exchange of emails with Mike Wands and Mary Beth the internet Sales Manager for the business data and viola! the car was mine! I hopped a flight to Saint Louis, took a short cab ride to the dealership where Mike greeted me and we went over the document package. I then met with the Finance Manager; every document was as promised, no hidden fees or high pressure sales pitches to buy the extended warranty. So I signed my name twice and went out to meet my new ride. The prep team had the Corvette shining like a new penny, a full tank of gas and ready to run. Mike took my picture with the new Corvette for the Johnny Londoff Facebook website and I was on my way. The car ran flawlessly for a thousand miles and I am a very happy owner of a new Corvette in my garage. Thank You Mike, Mary and Johnny Londoff Chevrolet for making new car buying what it is supposed to be, one of the best experiences in a guy's life! More
They went out of their way to make me happy. We have an impala and a cargo van.Both the sales and repairs have been a plesant experience. Every time we call or go in, they are helpful. I went to Johnny Londoff to purchase a new Impala or Cobolt. The salesman seemed somewhat interested in my needs and we looked at a Impala in the showroom. He never offed me a test drive. It was determined I may not be able to afford the Imp., so we ltalked about Colbots. There wasn't one in the showroom, so he showed me the one he owned, again, no testdrive. I wish I remember his name, but threw his buisnesscard away as soon as I left. Very dissipointed!! However, I would like to say, Mr Londoff gave my daughter a generous contribution to a fund rasier she was doing several years ago. Which is why I went to see him in the first place. More
It's weird to see the bad reviews of this dealership! We just got home from buying a mini-van from them. We had a great experience! They took care of us very well! Johnny Londoff, the owner of the company, treats his employees unfairly. I would NEVER go back to his company ever again! If I need to buy another car in the future it will be bought at a company who employees unfairly. I would NEVER go back to his company ever again! I had a very difficult time buying my truck from Johnny Londoff. It took several weeks, the sales man was not impowered to make any decisions. The Finance Dept did not have there stuff together. The sales manager had to be brought in and I feel I was taken and ran in circles when talking dollars. I guess it all boils down to the fact that they are xxxxxxat what they do. I have bought several vehicals in the past and have never felt taken advantage of like this in the past. More
