Incredibly poor sales and customer service. I purchased a new 2025 Silverado 2500HD Trail Boss in late September 2025. The truck was delivered by RC Logistics, fully arranged by Johnny Londoff I purchased a new 2025 Silverado 2500HD Trail Boss in late September 2025. The truck was delivered by RC Logistics, fully arranged by Johnny Londoff to Bend, Oregon. Upon receiving the truck in Bend, a series of scratches were identified which the driver stated were 'minor and no big deal'. The transport company later suggested it was not their fault. The sales person Pete suggested the scratches may have not been caught 'while the truck was at the dealership and may have happened in transport from the factory or possibly when the truck was washed' . Regardless, of how the scratches happened,, there is a minimum of $2,000 damage which would also require the bed of the truck to be removed to repaint. The sales person, Pete suggested I take the truck to the local dealership in Bend, Oregon to assess if the scratches could be covered under warranty. I was hesitant and shared that this seems like a wild goose chase relative to another dealership taking on another dealer's issue. From a due diligence aspect, I did take the truck to the Bend Chevrolet dealer the same day i spoke to Pete on October 10. They nearly laughed me off the lot and suggested this was not a warranty issue and clearly damage that happened either when the truck was transported from the factory or when shipped from the Johnny Londoff dealership in St. Louis to Bend, Oregon. Pete, the sales person offered to send me touch up paint and suggested if I used the touch up paint and had the truck ceramic coated, the scratches would disappear. This is not what I have been told when taking it to the Bend Chevrolet dealer and other independent vehicle repair shops. From the onset, I noted something significantly fishy about this dealership and their lack of willingness to take responsibility for selling me a damaged truck. It is unfortunate as if the scratches could be buffed out I would not have raised this as a concern nor bothered the dealership in attempting to find satisfactory resolve of the issue. From this experience, I would steer clear of this dealership, management and sales person for any sales, interaction, vehicle purchase or otherwise. They deflect and pawn off an issue such as what my experience represents and suggest it is not their problem with zero customer service or responsibility taken for the scratches that are evident on this new 2025 Silverado HD 2500 truck. It is a pathetic way to do business and while maybe it works for them in St. Louis, I believe customers have choices. Hopefully, you will find another Chevrolet dealership who can serve your needs more positively. More

Although I had placed a deposit on the car, it wasn't ready. It took three hours to make the deal. There were several long periods of waiting with no explanation. Dropped my 2025 Chevy off on a Thursday for an oil change, which was no charge, and a faulty part on my air conditioning unit (on a new car) and did not receive a call and was told they did not have a change, which was no charge, and a faulty part on my air conditioning unit (on a new car) and did not receive a call and was told they did not have a loaner vehicle for me. I called on Saturday and was told my vehicle was ready but they were closed. Went to pick up my on vehicle Monday and they couldn’t find my paperwork nor my keys. Was told they couldn’t leave a message on my phone but I had two other messages in my voicemail on Friday from others! They finally tracked my paperwork and keys on a Managers desk. Poor communication and a huge inconvenience! More
