I bought a Piece of Trash! I had 30 days to bring car back to be repaired, but i had to wait on the mechanic to call me to schedule a date! Then when he finally calls and tell me to bring truck in we Had The Big Snow storm! So never made it to take back! Now Truck does run ! Rear shock mounts rotten front steering rotted! And headlights went out and now Passenger door locks don’t work! Everything Happened after 30 days! Pure Trash More

I was afraid at first due too my not so great credit and was a little reluctant to go due to being let down so many times. When I arrived at the dealership with my 2 small children, we were cordially greeted by many different employees. My kids were very much welcomed and were offered all the snacks and drinks they wanted, which quickly made me comfortable to be there. I worked with Marco, Rocco, Kevin, Paul and of course John (the owner) to build a great deal on a great vehicle for a great price. I expressed my interests, my worries, my needs and wants. They quickly got down to business in making me offers to vehicles that would make sense to my budget. I walked into their dealership car-less on a Friday and by Monday afternoon I was in a lightly used 2015 Nissan Altima which turned out to be a way better car than I was originally interested in. Mar My experience with John's Auto Sales has been fantastic. I recently bought 2 used Mercedes from their N.Andover lot and traded in my wife's LX470. Mark took care of me from start to finish and he was great. He spent a lot of time with me looking at cars, was upfront with info/Carfax reports, gave me a great deal on the 2 Mercedes and a fair price for my trade in. He let me test drive the cars as much as I wanted, got me the best financing deal, and delivered the cars to my house in excellent working condition, with all the paperwork, spare keys, and operator manuals. The only post-delivery issue I had was that I got a flat on my c300 and couldn't find the wheel lug nut key anywhere. An unusual problem and not something you typically check before you buy. Anyway, John the owner called me, picked up the car from my house, took care of the problem, and then returned it to my house within a few days. He even called me several times with updates. I have probably bought a dozen new and used cars over the years and I have to say this is the best end-to-end car buying experience I have had. Don't be put off by the bad reviews and look of the lots. Go see Mark or John. More

Talk to Shy! She's Great! I went to John's auto sales to look into a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I was contacted by Shy initially about looking at that vehicle and she was I went to John's auto sales to look into a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I was contacted by Shy initially about looking at that vehicle and she was pleasant and wanted to make sure when I came and that I'd go straight to her and avoid the salesmen. I liked this, knowing car salesman, I'd like to avoid talking to them at all costs. I replied to her email about my day to visit and the time I'd show up. I Left a voicemail on her phone the day of and went on my way to Somerville, MA. Which is a 2 hour trip for me, by the way. I arrived and was told to wait for Shy, I think she was on the phone with another customer. After the wait, I was ushered into her office, away from the busy front end of the sales office. Shy is welcoming, kind, understanding and pleasant to deal with; not to mention easy on the eyes. All fun aside though, to my dismay the Mitsubishi was sold two days before I came down. Shy wasn't told of this so I wasn't notified. In order to make up for this, She asked me exactly what I was looking for in a car. Granted, I'm a car guy. I'm picky about what I want and what I'm getting, and what deal. She took down what I was looking for and why; we combed through their entire listing inventory, going through with "yes or no". She pulled several cars from their back up lots, just so that I could look at them. She was making everyone run around just to get me a car I'd want to go home with. We finally found a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited that had all the bells and whistles that I wanted, we test drove that for a while. It was a thorough test drive too, Shy came with me and she tested out the car with me. We looked all through the car, pushed all the buttons, looked into what was wrong with it too. We noticed the brakes needed repairs, the bumper needed some body work, tires needed balancing and etc. She assured me, that if I wanted this car that those things would be taken care of for me. We sat down, she called the Owner John. Mind you, He was on his way home from Vacation. And she got me approved that they would take in my trade and pay off my existing loan; No Other dealership would do that with my trade!! We then talked about financing, She got me approved for a loan for the Santa Fe. She then didn't like it enough, she went and talked to their finance guy and got an even better loan with a lower APR for me. I signed for that car, that day. I took delivery of that car a week later. The car was all fixed, brakes were great! Bumper looked brand new! Tires were balanced! and they put in a new battery too!! Not to mention, they drove the car to me, surely I met them at a decent middle ground, but come on.. delivery of a car is awesome! I've been to a handful of dealerships in NH, VT and MA.. No one would give me a deal that worked best for me.. It was always for the dealership. But Shy made the difference and gave me a better experience than those other dealerships. If you Go to John's Auto Sales, Ask for Shy!! She will get you set up and on your way with a better car than you came in with!! Always do your research before any car sale, I highly recommend it! But if you want a great deal, Go to John's and talk to Shy!! More
